Shipping policy

TRACKING INFORMATION:
A UPS Tracking Number is sent with every Colletibles4US order via email to the email address associated with your order. 
UPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

If the package still does not arrive, please contact your local UPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL UPS post office, and not the UPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. UPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.

If the package still does not show up, please call UPS @1-800-742-5877 to file a claim or go to https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim to report the incident in order to receive a case number so that they can look into the matter further.

Unfortunately, Colletibles4US cannot be held responsible for lost packages.  We are unable to reimburse or re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office (or worse yet), package theft!

PROCESSING & DELIVERY:
 Please allow 5-7 business days for any item processing to be processed, with 1-4 additional business days during high volume sale periods (i.e. new item releases). Orders are processed chronologically as they are received.

DELIVERY TIME-FRAME:
Please allow up to 3-5 business days within the U.S. or 7-21 business days Internationally for your order to be delivered, after your order has been shipped.
